What Is PACE?

PACE (Profit and Cash Flow Enhancement) is a hands on, CFO level advisory engagement with a single focus: improving your business's profit and cash flow. Rather than a broad outsourced CFO level relationship, PACE is built around your numbers, your goals, and a disciplined, month over month process for closing the gap between where your cash flow is today and where it needs to be.

Every business defines success differently, PACE starts with your definition, and builds a cash flow plan that gets you there.

A SIMPLE, REPEATABLE PROCESS

How PACE Works

A simple, repeatable rhythm: one annual planning step, followed by a five part
monthly cycle that keeps your business on track.

Month One:
Set the Target

At the start of the engagement, and every January after, we set a cash flow target for the year tied directly to your definition of success and to sustainable, positive cash flow.

Months 2 - 6:
The Monthly Cadence

Each month we update your actual results, forecast where you are headed, and assess your progress as on track, close, or off track.

From there, we build your Action Plan with clear objectives for the next 30 days and the specific next steps to accomplish them.

THE RIGHT FIT

Is PACE Right for You?

PACE is designed for business owners who are ready to take a more structured, proactive approach to their cash flow.

Your business generates between $500,000 and $5,000,000 in annual revenue

You have accounts payable and receivable data available (or you're ready to get it in place)

You have real, detailed sales data from a point of sale system or similar source

You're ready to track a clear, defined set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

COMMON REASONS

Why Businesses Bring Us In

Your last tax return didn't deliver the result you expected, and you want a plan for next year.

You see a downflow in cash or are having pain points with fluctuations in cash flow.

You're building toward a sale or ownership transition in the next 2 to 5 years and need stronger cash flow to get there.

You've added staff or increased payroll and want to make sure your cash flow keeps pace.
